Order Confirmation & Shipping Process
Thank you for shopping with SerpentDuck! Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your purchase. After your order has been shipped, we will send you a follow-up email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method to customize your delivery experience.
Order Processing Time
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Typically, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days before being shipped. Please note that our office is closed on weekends, which may cause delays. In periods of high demand, processing times may exceed 2 business days. Orders with incomplete payment or incorrect address information may also experience delays until these issues are resolved.
Estimated Shipping Time
Your total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time:
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days for packing, quality checks, and preparation for shipment.
- Shipping Time: The time it takes for your package to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. It may take 2-5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. If your tracking information hasn’t updated within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact our support team for assistance at [email protected]
Important Notes
- Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and complete. Incorrect or missing information may result in delays.
- If you need to update your shipping address, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing [email protected]
Shipping Restrictions
It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address, including apartment numbers or other location details. If errors are identified after the order is placed, please contact us within 24 hours to request corrections. Beyond this timeframe, we will provide the carrier’s contact information to assist you in addressing the issue. To reduce costs, we use a one-way shipping service, and packages returned to the sender may incur additional fees.
We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:
- Failed delivery attempts by the carrier.
- Refusal to accept delivery.
- Delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
- Tracking shows successful delivery, but the package is claimed as not received.
If your package is confirmed lost or missing, we will provide tracking details for you to follow up with the carrier directly.
Taxes & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and local charges are not included in the price of your items or shipping fees. SerpentDuck is not responsible for reporting or paying these charges. These costs vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning additional fees may be invoiced by the carrier upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable charges.
