Refund and Return Policy
Policy Duration
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

High-Value Items:
For valuable returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
